A graduate of Harvard Law School, Michael G. Banks is a former Maryland assistant state's attorney and gang prosecutor whose courtroom experience began in 1987. An accomplished trial lawyer, Mr. Banks prosecuted thousands of cases, gaining the respect of judges, other prosecutors, police officers, public officials and public defenders. In 2001, Mr. Banks established our law office and dedicated his practice to representing people who have been injured or charged with crimes.

Mr. Banks has appeared before district and circuit courts in most Maryland jurisdictions, as well as the Superior Court in the District of Columbia and Maryland federal courts. He has also negotiated numerous agreements with prosecutors, opposing counsel and insurance companies.
